DOWN PAYMENT
To secure your room, a 50% down payment must be made at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Our cancellation policy is full repayment minus a service charge of 5% per room if cancellation happens at least 14 days before arrival.
If cancellation happens within the 14 days before arrival no refund will be made, unless we or you are able to find a replacement for your booking.
If you would like to reschedule this would be allowed if done 14 days prior to arrival.
If rescheduling happens within 14 days before arrival this would be allowed only if we or you are able to find a replacement for your booking.

PAYMENTS METHODS
Cash, Money transfer service providers (Mainly Western Union, Whish money), Credit/Debit cards (Mastercard & Visa Only), Bank transfers. A fee will be charged on credit/debit card payments, fees varies depending on method of payments and ranges from 3% to 6%.
